Roots Renewed LLC was founded to answer a question our team hears every week from hospital discharge planners, probation officers, and families: Where can they go when treatment ends?
Our founder, Frances Nzioki, BSN, RN, has spent her career at the intersection of healthcare and workforce development — leading Delores Homes Home Health Agency and Delores Homes Staffing Solutions, and watching too many people leave treatment or incarceration with nowhere stable to land. Roots Renewed is her response: a network of independent living homes in Kansas City, Kansas built for the first months of a new chapter.
