Who is a good fit

  • Adults 18 and older
  • Individuals reentering the community after incarceration
  • Individuals fleeing domestic violence or unsafe home situations seeking stable housing
  • Adults facing housing instability who need a safe, structured place to rebuild
  • Committed to living substance-free and to community living
  • Willing to follow house guidelines, curfews, and screening protocols
  • Able to perform daily living activities independently (wheelchair-accessible accommodations available)
  • Employable, in school, or willing to actively pursue work / programming

Not the right fit right now

  • Anyone needing medical detox or 24-hour nursing care
  • Untreated acute mental-health crisis needing higher level of care
  • History of arson or predatory sexual offenses
  • Unwillingness to live substance-free or to submit to screening

What to bring

Documentation for intake

Photo ID

State ID, driver's license, or DOC-issued ID.

Discharge or release summary

From a program, shelter, jail, or prison, if applicable.

Proof of income

We accept SSI, SSDI, and VA benefits. Or a plan for employment within 30 days.

Medication list

Current prescriptions, if applicable.

How it works

Four steps from inquiry to move-in

    Inquire

    You (or your referral partner) submit a short form or call us.

  2. 02

    Phone screen

    A brief conversation about your goals, history, and current needs.

  3. 03

    Intake interview

    In person or virtual. Meet the house manager, tour the home, review the agreement.

  4. 04

    Move in

    Sign your resident agreement, meet your housemates, start Phase 1.
