Structure that respects who you already are.
Our homes are designed to feel like home, not a facility — with the routines and accountability that make independent living work.
Predictable rhythms, honest work.
6:30 – 8:00 AM
Wake, chores, breakfast
House opens the day together — beds made, common spaces reset, a hot meal.
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work, school, or programming
Residents work, attend school, training, or approved job-search activities.
5:30 – 7:00 PM
Family-style dinner
Shared meal and check-in. Someone always cooks, someone always cleans.
7:00 – 9:00 PM
House time & support
House meetings, one-on-ones with the house manager, support groups, or personal time.
10:30 PM
Quiet hours & curfew
Lights low, phones down. Rest is part of the plan.
Grow into more responsibility.
